2、 Single basic skill of belly dance
1. 胯部6个动作:
1. Six movements of crotch:
水平面3个: (要求:基本站姿)
3 horizontal planes: (requirement: basic standing posture)
左右平推胯(左右胯)前推后移胯(前后胯) 前后摆胯(摆胯)
Push the crotch horizontally (left and right crotch) forward and
backward, move the crotch (front and rear crotch) forward and backward,
and swing the crotch (swing the crotch)
直立面3个:(要求:基本蹲姿)左右/前后甩胯(甩胯)上下胯(屈膝、直立、踮脚) 上下/前后角胯(角胯)
Three vertical elevations: (requirements: basic squatting posture) left
and right / front and rear crotch swing (crotch swing), upper and lower
crotch (knee bending, upright, tiptoe), upper and lower / front and rear
corner crotch (corner crotch)
2. 胸部3个动作: 左右平移胸(左右胸) 上抬胸下放胸(上下胸) 前顶胸后含胸(前后胸)
2. Three chest movements: left and right translation of chest (left and
right chest), lifting chest up and lowering chest (upper and lower
chest), front top chest and rear chest (front and rear chest)
