学习手的位置之前必须学好手的形态：大拇指尖要轻轻地碰到中指的指根处，其它的手指稍弯一些挨在一起放好。这种形态只是在初学时才要求这样做。因为那时学生还不能有意识地支配，控制自己的动作，因而手指容易紧张。以后，手的形态变得比较自然，大拇指不必碰中指，而是朝向手心既可。
