2、 Single basic skill of belly dance
1. 胯部6个动作:
1. Six movements of crotch:
水平面3个: (要求:基本站姿)
3 horizontal planes: (requirement: basic standing posture)
左右平推胯(左右胯)前推后移胯(前后胯) 前后摆胯(摆胯)
Push the crotch horizontally (left and right crotch) forward and backward, move the crotch (front and rear crotch) forward and backward, and swing the crotch (swing the crotch)
直立面3个:(要求:基本蹲姿)左右/前后甩胯池模具 路缘石模具 唐山通风管道 塑钢电缆挂钩 钢纤维 钢制拍门 植绒机 铜雕佛像(甩胯)上下胯(屈膝、直立、踮脚) 上下/前后角胯(角胯)

2. 胸部3个动作: 左右平移胸(左右胸) 上抬胸下放胸(上下胸) 前顶胸后含胸(前后胸)
