从生理的角度上来看,儿童骨骼较软,容易变形,弹力小,收缩力差,容易疲劳,而他们的大脑发育很快,容易兴奋,而且弹跳力较好。所以,我在儿童舞蹈教学内容的选择时,就会考虑到儿童身体发展的自然规律,动作力求舒展,短促有力,节奏欢快,从而表现出了他们活泼可爱的性格。6岁以下的孩子,在做压胯练习、压腰的练习时,其软度非常好,但感觉孩子在做动作时有气无力,松松散散的。
From a physiological perspective, children's bones are relatively soft, prone to deformation, have low elasticity, poor contraction, and are prone to fatigue. However, their brains develop rapidly, are easily excited, and have good jumping ability. So, when choosing the content of children's dance teaching, I will consider the natural laws of children's physical development, strive for stretching, short and powerful movements, and cheerful rhythms, thus demonstrating their lively and lovely personalities. Children under the age of 6 have excellent flexibility when doing crotch and waist pressure exercises, but they feel weak and loose during the movements.

在音乐的选择上,儿童舞蹈教学要抓紧儿童特点选一些节奏鲜明、动感很强而且歌词琅琅上口的音乐来配合练习,选些具有鲜明特点、易于被孩子们接受的音乐,也是她们经常听到的儿歌、流行歌曲、动画影视歌曲等。在播放音乐同时让她们去模仿或自由的发挥想要表现的人物或事物形象,培养她们听音乐做动作的习惯,初期达到敢于表现自己,敢于随着音乐起舞。
In terms of music selection, children's dance teaching should focus on the characteristics of children and choose music with distinct rhythms, strong dynamics, and catchy lyrics to cooperate with practice. Choose music with distinctive characteristics that is easy for children to accept, which is also a common nursery rhyme, popular song, animated film and television song that they often hear. While playing music, let them imitate or freely express the characters or things they want to portray, cultivate their habit of listening to music and making movements, and initially achieve the courage to express themselves and dance to the music.
3、恰当引导、开放身体潜能

肢体是舞蹈的主体,离开肢体就脱离舞蹈的真正含义,少儿舞蹈训练中教师作为舞蹈艺术教育的中介者,其主导作用中不可忽视少儿的主观能动性,恰当的指导学生利用肢体动作去表达情感。不要刻意强调规范动作,而是先交流,我问孩子们:你们觉得这音乐听起来是高兴呢,还是难过?是有劲的呢,还是听着就想休息?这时孩子会你一言我一语地来回答你提出的问题,描述他对音乐的感受。这样让孩子们听觉上把音乐的位置感找着,然后让孩子们自己去根据音乐做一些形体动作。比如在做地面压腿时,我让孩子们坐在地上,根据他们听的音乐感觉去做。
The body is the main body of dance, and without it, one can detach from the true meaning of dance. In children's dance training, teachers, as intermediaries in dance art education, cannot ignore the subjective initiative of children in their leading role, and appropriately guide students to use body movements to express emotions. Don't deliberately emphasize standardized movements, but communicate first. I ask the children: do you think this music sounds happy or sad? Is it energetic, or is it just listening and wanting to rest? At this point, the child will answer your questions word by word and describe their feelings towards music. This allows children to visually locate the position of the music, and then let them do some physical movements based on the music themselves. For example, when doing leg pressure exercises on the ground, I have the children sit on the ground and do it according to the music they listen to.
